You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajili account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ajili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ajili immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ajili operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, Driver's License, Passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be restricted from withdrawing funds.
All deposits to ajili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. ajili does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently.
Deposits made to ajili are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: (a) the deposit was made by an ineligible person, including a minor; (b) a technical error caused duplicate processing of a single transaction; or (c) required by applicable regulation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ajili reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected policy violations.
Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawals of amounts derived from bonuses that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met.
ajili complies with anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements under Philippine law. All transactions are monitored. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ajili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards issued by ajili are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.3 ajili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
ajili welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an ajili account under any identity are not eligible for new player promotions.
6.1 All games available on ajili are governed by the individual game rules published by the game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a provider's game rules on a specific game mechanic or outcome, the game provider's rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
6.2 All ajili game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems. Third-party audit certificates for applicable games are available upon request. ajili does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
6.3 In the event of a software malfunction, network failure, or technical error during a game session, the affected round may be declared void. Any wager placed on a void round will be returned to the player's ajili wallet in full. ajili will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated on a game round that is declared void due to technical failure.
7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the ajili platform:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ajili's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 ajili shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; or (d) losses arising from events outside ajili's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment processors.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ajili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
11.1 ajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an ajili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
11.2 ajili will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
12.1 ajili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, ajili will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the ajili platform and may request closure of your account. Continued use of ajili after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, the player should first contact ajili's customer support team via live chat to seek resolution. ajili aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate regulatory authority or Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
